Guarantee Policy
We offer 2 weeks guarantee on all nail enhancement services, including Gel-X, gel polish, bio gel and acrylics ( excluding regular nail polish ). If you experience any issues such as chipping, lifting, or breakage within 2 weeks of your appointment, we’ll gladly fix it. If more than 2 weeks have passed since your appointment, repairs can still be done for a small fee for mertial.
To qualify for a complimentary repair:

You must contact us within 2 weeks of your original appointment.

The issue must be due to a product or application flaw (not accidental damage or misuse).

The nail(s) must not have been altered, filed, or fixed by another nail technician or salon.

The repair will be done using the same color and design as the original service.

You must return to the salon for the repair — no refunds will be given.
What’s not covered under this guarantee:

Damage caused by picking, biting, or excessive force

Lifting due to improper aftercare

Nails that have been altered or touched by another nail technician

Requests for changes in color or design from the original service
Booking Agreement
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A credit card may be required to secure your booking.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Service Satisfaction
If you experience any issues with your service, please contact us within 3 days. We do not offer refunds but will work to resolve concerns promptly.
Health & Safety
For the safety of all guests, please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions prior to your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if health or hygiene risks are present.
